Yoga Therapy. What is it?

Although all yoga is potentially therapeutic and healing, yoga therapy is the specific application of yogic tools—postures, exercises, breathwork, mindfulness, meditation techniques, and more— designed to help clients integrate on a truly holistic level and work towards a more balanced experience in all four energetic bodies.

Yoga Therapists have in-depth training to help assess clients to address an individual’s physical, mental, and emotional needs to meet clients where they are at, connecting them to their own innate healing potential.

As a Yoga Therapist I am dedicated to creating a comprehensive yogic plan to support you on your journey to finding balance and peace in your daily life.


How it works.

Book an online private consultation with me, Katherine, to gain insight and guidance into how yoga, meditation, and mindfulness practices can help you live the life you are meant to live. During your consultation, I will take inventory of the physical, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual bodies based on answers provided in the client intake form as well as intuitive observations during your conference call. After completing the initial intake form, we will develop a comprehensive plan that will continually evolve to create pathways towards energetic harmony and abundance.
